Products may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• unused and unworn condition

• original packaging intact

• no structural damage

• no signs of usage or modification

• complete product components included

All returned items undergo a structured inspection and verification process before refund authorization.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following inspection confirmation.

shipping costs
Free shipping applies to outbound delivery only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product defect, fulfillment error, or incorrect delivery.
